In August of 2002 my husband, Neil and I opened Special Occasions florist with a lot of prayer and a lot of help from our incredible friends and family.  We opened our store with two things in mind.  First and foremost, to deliver exceptional designs of exceptional flowers to exceptional people.  And, to deliver our floral art with the highest level of customer service so that each customer at Special Occasions knows that they are exceptional to us.
